School Age

5 to 12 years

Our school age program, After Hours Kid Power, is designed for school aged children ages 5-12. The program includes a homework club where students can complete assignments with our experienced teachers, a tasty afternoon snack, and variety of learning centers that offer interactive and age appropriate activities. The students will enjoy daily outdoor time, and take part in our unique intergenerational programming. All of our time is jammed packed with fun activities; there are no slow days at our Center!

This program is open year-round, and offers full-day care during staff development days, snow days, and school breaks.  Students are bussed directly to the Center after school, and will need to be picked up by 6:00 pm. During full days the Center opens at 7:30 am and the children will be provided with breakfast, lunch, and a snack at no extra charge.

Our program will be utilizing the newly renovated second floor space of the Center as of July 30, 2018.  The price of the program has been reduced to $100 a week for all families with a 25% discount for the first sibling, and a 15% discount for the third child.  In order to make this program truly accessible for everyone, CDCC does accept daycare subsidy from the Department of Social Services.
